How long does it take to receive my order?

Your order will ship via USPS or UPS within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment, if not sooner.  Ground and expedited shipping methods are also available.   Please allow more time for processing during December.  

I do not live in the United States. Can I still buy from you?

Yes. We ship individual orders to the United States, U.S. territories and Canada. We ship orders for retail store customers and wholesale resellers in the United States and U.S. territories. View the shipping table (link) for individual orders within the United States. 

International and over-sized orders will incur an additional charge. Any applicable duties and taxes will be assessed upon delivery, to be paid by the order recipient for international purchases. We do not ship over-sized items internationally. 

At this time, Liv Afrika does not ship to military APO/FPO addresses.

 

Returns & Refunds

Our Guarantee

You can order from Liv Afrika with complete confidence. We are proud of the level of quality exhibited by our artisans and we guarantee that all our handcrafted items are authentic and individually made. As a result, items may differ slightly in color, size and/or pattern from the picture. Please keep in mind the unique variations when evaluating a product for return or exchange.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your handcraft purchase, you may return it within 30 days with your receipt for a replacement or full refund.

All items must be in the condition you received them with all hangtags attached and in the original box. Items that are abused, broken, used, washed or damaged may not be returned.  Items returned without the hangtags attached will not be eligible for return.

Your form of payment will be credited for the price of the item less the shipping unless the product is determined defective. Your credit will appear after we have received and processed your returned item through our return procedure.

Please carefully package the item for return as items damaged in return transit due to improper packaging will not be refunded.

We will send you a confirmation email once the returned merchandise have been received.
